It's made from glowing 9 carat gold and features a single oval-cut amethyst stone (8mm x 6mm) that's claw set in the centre.

This central stone is surrounded by a 16 round-cut diamonds, and a further10 oval-cut amethyst stones (4mm x 3mm).

The cluster measures about 18mm x 15mm and the shoulders taper to 2mm at the shank.
