It's made from 9 carat gold and features a combination of oval and round-cut Russian diopside gems in sizes 1.9mm, 4mm x 3mm and 4.5mm. The dark green gems sparkle wonderfully and are offset by the gold. The head of the ring measures about 19mm x 16mm and the shank tapers to 2mm. Total Russian diopside weight: 2.0 carats.
